SCOTCH TYPE, THREE-PASS STEAM BOILER

Brox steam boiler is used for heating and energy generation. The most important reasons of preference of steam  are the following:
– A very efficent and good heat transferer.
-Heat transfer characteristics are high, especially in terms of phase changing.
-Transfering of steam is easy. Also steam is used for its humidification in some processes.
There -pass, fire-tube, gas or liquid fired Packaged Steam Boilers whose capacities are up to 15 t/h are commonly used in industry.
As Brox himself produces combustion systems besides boilers, Compliance of Boiler & Burner and Thermal Efficiency are the highest level.
We usually apply designs of lateral furnace and tube system in boiler plants. In this way, Heat transfer in the furnace is in perfect condition. Also Maintenance and cleaning of steam boiler is easy. Another important feature is that Brox furnaces are produced as corrugated. Thus, Their strength and resistance increase and Furnaces become flexible.

CONSTRUCTION


With flat cambered Boiler plates and body whinh is pressure resistant.

Corrugated large furnace provides efficient combustion and low emission.
Optimum dimensioning of gas transfer pipes.
Large steam volume for quality steam.

 MATERIAL


The sheets of Boiler bod, front and rear plate of Boiler, furnace and combustion chamber are in accordance with DIN 17175 and have enough thickness. Also sheets of Boiler sections have the quality degrees of HI, HII, 17 Mn4.

  Boiler tube is accordance with DIN 17155 and It is manufactured as seamless, steel extrusion pipe whose quality is St.35.8
Completely corrugated furnace.

Manufacturing is in compliance with european standarts, German TRD, CE, TUV, ISO, GOST, UKR, SEPRO, TS 377 norms.

  FUEL
Brox Steam Boiler is perable with Fuel oil, Lpg, Natural Gas and Coal mainly.
Brox Boiler are designed and manufactured in compliance with use of combined main fuels which are fuel-oil, Natural Gas, LNG and LPG.
